Lexi

Lexi is an 11 month old, spayed female who is affectionate and loves to cuddle, but who can also be timid from time to time in new situations. She is housebroken and her foster parents report she has never had an accident in the house. Lexi spent most of her previous life outside so she will need a chance to be a puppy, and would do well in a home with a larger playmate willing to teach her how to be a dog. She weighs 53# and loves to chase tennis balls and run with her foster siblings, so a large fenced yard is a must! No children under 10 years old. She is eager to please, sits for treats and is learning her basic commands. She is good on a leash but needs practice. (She really knows her name well and responds so we don’t recommend changing it.) Lexi is available for adoption and we are going to be Very Particular in who we choose for her Forever Pawrents, (nothing personal), we just want the best for her and she deserves it!
