Meet Rosie, a six month old Golden Retriever puppy. She has severe hip dysplasia in both hips. Will be needing FHO surgery on both hips. I hope the FHO is what she can get and not total hip. We are trying to get an appointment at UF but if they can’t get us in , in a reasonable amount of time we will
